Don’t panic about the missing gate paperwork!

Yes, I know I forgot to include the gate paperwork in the billing statements last week. If you’re desperate for it, you can go to >Amenities >Pier on this website and print your own or you can wait for it to be delivered next month. There is no rush as the lock is not installed yet.

We are having a gate installed!

If you’ve been to the beach recently, you might have noticed some activity at the entrance to the parking lot. Our beach and pier are Community owned, private facilities for residents who live in our neighborhood only. We have noticed recently that some of the use has been for unsavory activities by persons who are not owners in our community.

A letter will be included in your next billing statement with details regarding how to receive your access key card & parking permit. The area will remain open to foot traffic and the gate will not be locked until members have had time to receive their key card.
