Rolling Hills Glencairn Community
Rolling Hills-Glencairn Community Service was incorporated in 1961 as a Non-Profit Maintenance Corporation, situated in Island County, Washington. The main purpose of the Corporation is to operate and maintain the Community Water System, Clubhouse, Pool, Dock & Beach area, in addition to all community owned property.
The flush is done! If you live on the green sections of the map below, you should run your outside faucets. This will clear your section of the system and complete the individual portion of the flush. We anticipate the next full system flush will be in October.
