Rolling Hills Glencairn Community
Rolling Hills-Glencairn Community Service was incorporated in 1961 as a Non-Profit Maintenance Corporation, situated in Island County, Washington. The main purpose of the Corporation is to operate and maintain the Community Water System, Clubhouse, Pool, Dock & Beach area, in addition to all community owned property.
